Terms & Conditions

1. Tariff offered are in INR and inclusive of car hire charges, fuel charges and chauffeur within the respective City municipal limits.

2. Mileage and time will be calculated from Pitambar Travels nearest Garage to Garage.

3. Night charges will be applicable on Local run from 22:00Hrs to 06:00Hrs as mentioned above.

4. All Inter-state taxes, Airport Tax, Parking charges, Toll taxes on actual will be charged extra.

5. GST @5% will be charged extra.

6. In case of inter-city run a minimum mileage of 250 KM is chargeable per calendar day or actual KMS run whichever is higher.

7. Night halt charges per night will be charged extra in case of outstation trips as mentioned above.

8. Driver Allowance will be charged extra in case of outstation trip as mentioned above.

9. Fuel hike is applicable if the fuel price increases more than 5% of fuel cost.

10. Fuel hike price increase formula: Number of Kilometer’s billed x (New Fuel Price – Old Fuel Price)Mileage (Km per Litre).

11. Payment terms:

Payment to be made after sharing the Duty-slip & Tax Invoice.
Pitambar Travels will raise the invoice and the payment will be made within two weeks from the date of submission of bills by RTGS/ NEFT.

13. Cancellation policy:

Before 24hrs of booking confirmation sent by email – No charge.
Before 4hrs of reporting time – No charge.
After the car is dispatched and before the reporting time – 4Hrs/ 40Kms rate will be charged.
After the car has reported at the reporting address – 4Hrs/ 40Kms will be charged.
In case of “No Show” a minimum amount of 4Hrs & 40Kms will be charged.

14. Pitambar Travels shall not be held responsible for loss of any belongings left by the user in the vehicle.

15. All cars would be confirmed subject to availability.
